FAQ
Here are some common questions about our company.
To import products from China, an invoice, weight, volume, and the tariff code are required. This code classifies the tariffs and indicates whether additional documentation is needed, allowing us to accurately project the import costs to the destination.
We believe in supporting all our customers with any type of purchase, but we recommend limits based on the type of product. There is an ideal quantity that varies from product to product; each import has fixed costs, and as the quantity purchased increases, the cost at the destination of your product decreases.
An import has several factors that influence the arrival time at the destination.
Development times: If you are starting to develop a product from scratch, we need to request several samples and make the necessary modifications until it meets the specifications indicated by the client. On the other hand, if we are purchasing inventory from the factory warehouse, the dispatch would be immediate..
Mode: In maritime mode, the arrival time varies from 20 to 40 days depending on the destination country; in air mode, the times range from 4 to 10 days or up to 15 depending on the airline, connections, and destination city.
Customs: 3 to 5 days is the normal period it takes for a nationalization; there are other options, for example, in the air modality where nationalization can be done in one day within a few hours. Each guide has its particularities; we will analyze case by case and provide the best possible advice.
In general terms, an import, including production times, can take up to 3 months, and purchasing inventory can take up to 45 days; air freight can last from 10 to 20 days, excluding production times.
